We are now at a point in our journey that we require a Master Data Specialist to complement the team.  We are looking for someone to transform our Master Data approach & assist in ensuring a seamless migration to our new WMS/LMS system. 

The Role:

With over 95% of Kiwi's visiting a Warehouse Group store or online shop every month, our data is off the charts. The focus of your role will be taking charge of the Master Data held within our Logistics and Fulfillment area and preparing it for the eventual migration to our new centralized and integrated Warehouse Management System. 

You will be:

• Reviewing the current state of the Master Data and current processes
• Design & build ETL processes and scripts to deliver the migration of inventory data to support testing, training and cut-over to production systems.
• Defining the Master Data approach & setting plans for the definition, cleansing, enrichment and the governance required to support it. 
• Running Fit/Gap analysis & developing solutions. 
• Communicating extensively with a diverse group of business stakeholders across many levels of seniority and responsibilities to fully understand business requirements
• Developing Master Data toolsets & taking charge of Master Data integrity. 

About You:

You'll have proven experience as a Master Data Specialist and exposure to the retail environment would be ideal. Additionally experience with Logistics and Fullfilment would be an advantage. 

We're a fast paced environment so you'll need to be a self starter, confident in your stakeholder management ability and able to adapt quickly as needed. 

You'll ideally be immediately available or soon to be available to start & able to work with us until the end of the year. Perfect if you're looking to take time off over Christmas and Summer!
