The job

Here no two days are the same. In a nut shell you will provide pro-active and a confident level of administration, secretarial and office management support to 3-4 Marketing GM’s. Your duties will range from: Diary management, travel coordination, presentation preparation, meeting minutes, expense management, event coordination as well as other ad hoc administrative tasks that may arise. 

About you

Your knack and ability to flex to the different GM’s styles and needs will be key, coupled with your top notch communication and organisational skills.  Your natural ability to deal with a wide range of people (in a variety of situations) and at times in a pressured environment will see you fit right at home. Excellent attention to detail, judgement and discretion and adaptability describe you down to a t. 

You will have a proven track record (ideally 3+ years) of experience and success in providing Personal Assistant support, preferably in a fast-paced commercial environment.  An advanced level of MS Office (preferably with Office 365) would be ideal.
