What you will be doing?

We are looking for a Retail Services Product Development Manager to support the development, refining and scaling of new service promises to make Kiwi lives better.  You will work closely with the Retail Network, Merchandise and Commercial teams to source and establish new business opportunities resulting in retail and commercial sales. You will also be responsible for launching and testing new services, customised pricing and exclusive products.

To really succeed in this role, you will have experience in a senior role in a similar environment.  A customer focused attitude, passion for technology and an intimate knowledge of the market and competitive offerings are also key.  You will be dedicated to meeting the expectations of internal and external customers, have strong interpersonal skills and be capable of building relationships at all levels.
