Job Description
Our rapidly growing personal injury law firm is seeking a Legal Talent Acquisition Partner to play a pivotal role in achieving our ambitious hiring goals. Reporting directly to the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will lead full-cycle recruiting efforts across legal and operational roles, while serving as a strategic partner to leadership on all talent-related initiatives.
This is an onsite position (Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM) based in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
As a key member of our team, you will ensure we attract, assess, and secure top-tier legal and professional talent to support the firm’s continued expansion and operational excellence.
What You’ll Do
- Own full-cycle legal recruiting across a diverse portfolio of roles, including attorneys, paralegals, case managers, administrative staff, contractors, and remote/virtual employees
- Partner closely with leadership (HR, department heads, and executives) to understand evolving hiring needs and workforce planning priorities
- Act as a strategic talent advisor, providing insights on market trends, candidate profiles, and hiring strategies to ensure strong talent alignment
- Drive advanced sourcing strategies, including direct outreach, social media recruiting, talent pipelines, and proactive candidate engagement
- Continuously optimize recruiting processes, improving speed, efficiency, and candidate experience across all stages
- Manage and track the recruiting pipeline using ATS tools (e.g., SmartRecruiters), ensuring accurate reporting and visibility
- Deliver data-driven insights and recruiting metrics to inform hiring decisions and improve overall talent acquisition performance
- Ensure a seamless and high-touch candidate experience, from initial outreach through offer and onboarding
- Collaborate with hiring managers to coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and drive timely hiring decisions
- Identify and attract candidates who align with the firm’s culture, values, and performance expectations
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in legal recruiting and/or law firm talent acquisition (highly preferred)
- Experience managing full-cycle recruiting in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and partner with leadership
- Data-driven mindset with experience tracking and reporting recruiting metrics
- Skilled in sourcing passive candidates and building talent pipelines
- Experience with ATS platforms (SmartRecruiters preferred)
- Excellent communication, organization, and prioritization skills
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience:
- 5+ years of corporate recruiting experience, ideally with exposure to both legal and non-legal industries (law firm experience preferred but not required).
- Experience with Smart Recruiter (Required)
- Skills:
- Proven track record of improving and streamlining recruiting processes, driving efficiencies, and delivering on hiring goals.
- Strong relationship-building abilities with hiring managers, department heads, and candidates.
- Advanced sourcing skills, utilizing multiple platforms (social media, job boards, networking, etc.) to find and engage top talent.
- Excellent organizational skills, able to juggle multiple priorities, and remain adaptable in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
- High-energy, results-driven, and willing to do what it takes to meet aggressive hiring targets.
