Job Description
The primary goal of the Concierge is to ensure guests have a pleasant experience during their transitional care stay at The Villa at St. Louis Park.
Key Responsibilities include but aren't limited to:
•Greet all guests to promote the goals of Villa Healthcare: Exceptional Care, Unexpected Luxury and Passionate Care
•Ensure attention to any resident requests that would better their experience during their stay
•Ensure resident rooms are ready for new admissions
•Complete tours of the building for any prospective residents or family members seeking placement.
•Administer guest surveys and respond to any concerns that may arise.
•Make daily rounds to interact and meet with residents and family members.
•Assist with in-house events.
•Other tasks and responsibilities as needed.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
•Star quality customer service skills
•Excellent communication and presentation skills
•Great computer skills (ie. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
•Must have strong organizational skills and ability to work well in a team environment
•Excellent people skills with strong time and project management skills
•Must have a positive "can do" attitude
•Availability to work evenings and every other weekend.
