Job Description

Te Whiwhinga mahi | The opportunity

Te Tumu Herenga | Libraries and Learning Services is looking for a skilled Team Leader to join the Student Hub team based at the City Campus Student Hub. You’ll be working in close collaboration with two other Team Leaders to manage a range of staff and site operations. Your role also forms part of a wider Student Hubs Team Leader group across our 6 locations.

Student Hubs deliver a convenient and unified experience through the one-stop-shop provision of mainly in-person services across all areas of being a student, supported by extended operating hours and cross-trained team members. Our services include guidance and advice on being a student, navigating the University, exploring study options, programmes and courses, degree progression, student IT support, learning information, and Library services.

This role works predominately on the City Campus, Monday-Friday 10am – 6pm, and we are anticipating a commencement date of the 18th November 2024. This role is leading in-person services and Team Leaders are expected to be on site to support the team.

This is a full-time role, 37.5 hours per week role, on a permanent contract. The salary range is $80,900 - $90,000 per annum.
