Reporting to the Group Services Team Leader, this position presents an opportunity to play a key role in the success of our students, within NZ’s leading tertiary institution.

We offer a dynamic and friendly working environment that will suit a collaborative individual who thrives in a busy role and has excellent communication skills as you will be liaising and supporting a variety of internal and external stakeholders. 

The focus of this position is to provide course administration and teaching support to staff and students across the pre-registration and postgraduate programmes within the School of Nursing. For more detailed information on the role accountabilities and requirements

This role is based at the Grafton campus and is a Fixed-term (6 months), part time role (18.75 hours per week – across 3 days)

Remuneration:  $53,900k – $62,000k (depending on level of experience)

This role is ideally suited to you if you enjoy working in an administrative role, make everyone feel welcome, and want a role to take ownership of.

You are also able to demonstrate:

  • 2-4 years administration experience ideally gained in a tertiary environment.
  • Be fully proficient in the use of Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Immaculate attention to detail, with excellent organisational skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Working collaboratively as part of a high-performing team with an outstanding customer focus for the school’s key stakeholders.
  • Experience managing student enquiries, as well as experience of working with clinical providers is preferred.
