We are seeking Customer Service Representatives to help us with email enquiries coming into the Student Experience Centre, from both current and future students. We are ideally looking for suitable candidates to start in August.
Hours
This is a casual position, with flexible hours of work between 12 to 40 hours per week.
Our standard business hours are between 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday, however, there is also the option to work weekends. You can choose your hours to work around family, study or general life commitments.
Pay rate
The pay rate for this role is $23.50 per hour.
Location
This role is typically based on 49 Symonds Street, Auckland CBD, but we may be able to offer a level of flexibility to work remotely. Please note, if you choose to work remotely, you will need to have access to your own personal computer/laptop etc and your own personal wifi to be able to support this role off site.
What will you be doing?
In this role you will be answering email queries from our most important customers: our current and future students. We cover a broad range of queries which ensures your hours are varied.

We are looking for candidates who can bring a positive, can-do attitude. As this is an email-based role, excellent written communication is essential. Previous experience is not essential, as we will provide you with full training. Training will be on-site at our Auckland City Campus.
We are seeking candidates who have natural skills in customer service, strong verbal and written communication, problem-solving and computer skills.
