The GSM is a multi-disciplinary department (one of eight in the Business School) that focuses on delivering applied, practice-based and demand driven courses for Business Masters (pre-experience), MBA and Postgraduate Diploma (post-experience) programmes as well as non-degree Executive Education. Our faculty works collaboratively, alongside educational development and learning technology professionals, to deliver a high-quality student experience. On the research side, the GSM academics interact closely with academics from other departments, particularly the much larger team in the Department of Management and International Business.

Qualifications

Who are we looking for?

It is essential you have experience (i) designing and delivering courses at the postgraduate level, and (ii) engaging with internationally-diverse postgraduate student cohorts.

In addition, you will have a strong track record of quality research outputs that will enable you to engage in scholarly research and postgraduate supervision within, and desirably also across, disciplinary boundaries.

The position is full-time subject to a three years continuation period, with a clear promotion ladder. The successful candidate will have a PhD in Organisational Behaviour, Human Resource Management, or related discipline at the time of hire.
