The Research Operations Centre (ROC) is responsible for contract and financial administration for all public and private good research projects, internal funding projects and consultancy services.

The role

This role will involve providing subject matter expertise to support the Research Operations across the University. You will be the first point of call for queries and guidance to support the Research Community and be responsible for resolution. This position will also be a key point of contact for the UniServices contract team.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a customer-focused individual with excellent communication skills who is able to confidently, advise stakeholders. In addition to this you will have:

  • Proven experience in a customer interacting role.
  • Be financially savvy with the ability to solve complex problems.
  • Possess strong administration skills including exposure to project or contract administration. Proficiency in Microsoft suite and a financial systems software. Experience in, Sentient, InFoED or PeopleSoft would be an advantage.
