Job Description

The School of Population Health located on Grafton Campus seeks an organised, efficient and pro-active coordinator to join our busy administrative team to support the schools functions and activities.

The role presents fantastic opportunities for professional development and career progression.

Skills and experience:

Consideration will be given to those applicants who hold a tertiary qualification and have relevant experience working in a tertiary environment.

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • experience in an administrative role working with internal stakeholders, preferably in a tertiary environment
  • proficiency using Microsoft packages including, Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • experience in meeting management and minute taking
  • an innate ability to multi-task and prioritise in order to meet deadlines

This is a permanent position 1.0 FTE (37.5 hours per week), worked Monday to Friday.
