Job Description

As an associate or fully employed Implementation Consultant, you'll work with our clients to run implementations of their HR technology, bridging the gap between functional expertise and technological know-how.

You're likely an HR practitioner with a geeky love of technology, who enjoys problem solving and delivering best-in-breed solutions above all else.

You may also work with clients who have already implemented their chosen tech stack, but feel they can get more out of it and want out help to review and improve their utilisation and adoption.

Qualifications

You're likely to have:

  • Significant HR domain experience and an understanding of what good recruitment and good HR management looks like
  • Experience implementing an ATS, CRM or HRMS
  • Some experience in project management or working to deliver in a professionally run project team
  • Ideally, exposure to one or more of iCims, Tribepad, SmartRecruiters, Fountain, Oleeo, CandidateID, Element Suite, HiBob, TeamTailor
  • Automation and integration experience as a bonus (Zapier, webhooks, working with open APIs)
