Job Description

We are looking looking for an outgoing Customer Service Representative that will provide follow up with existing customers, as well as attract potential customer by answering product and/or service inquiries. The ideal candidate will be outgoing and proactive by suggesting information about higher tier products.

Job functions:

  • Resolve products and/or service issues by clarifying customers complaints
  • Maintain financial account on customers past orders
  • Manage a large number of customer inquiries
  • Generate sales leads
  • Contribute to the Customer Service team effort by working fluidly with other coworkers
  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve long term satisfaction
  • Handle complaints and providing the adequate solutions
  • Keep record of customer interactions and follow up accordingly
  • Act as the company gatekeeper
  • Compile reports on overall customer satisfaction
  • Read and memorize scripts

Qualifications

  • Proven customer service experience
  • Record of over-achieving quota
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
