The Marketing and Brand Ambassador will act as the “storyteller” of the brand, sharing its experience through strategically placed events in Chicago’s target markets.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Ability to work independently and efficiently with a track record of exceptional attendance and work ethic

  • Can manage time and complete multiple projects by a given deadline

  • Has a “can do” attitude, and eager to take on new tasks

  • Strong work ethic with consistent history

  • Enjoys interacting with others on both a consumer and client level

 

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with planning, pacing, reporting and campaign management of large-scale direct and offline campaigns

  • Compile end-of-day results and be able to translate trends in data

  • Build relationships with consumers in order to upsell and cross-sell effectively 

  • Provide in-house training to fellow department members

  • Improve efficiency by suggesting new acquisition strategies to implement

  • Collaborates with management to develop and execute organizational communication and market branding strategies. 

  • Provide exceptional customer service and care by answering inquiries, providing solutions to common issues and creating a direct link between the brand and the consumer

  • Assist with other duties as assigned by management
