Job Description

  • Complete Bank Changes as needed weekly.
  • Scanning of Utility and Invoice copies into the AP system.
  • Enter invoices and ensure invoices are coding appropriately and approved in accordance with the Company’s policies.
  • Tracking Utility Invoices and portal access.
  • Mail outgoing payments and refunds.
  • PO entry using both a manual and automated process.
  • Post transactions to ensure paid invoices are cleared in a timely manner.  Reconcile accounts payable activity.
  • Responds to vendor inquiries.
  • Assist with the month-end closing process.
  • Assist with distribution of incoming Corporate Mail.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in bookkeeping or Accounts Payable roles preferred but not required.
  • Proficient in excel and other Microsoft Office Suite applications.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Enjoys working in a high-volume, fast paced environment.
  • Works well in a team environment.
  • SAP experience a plus.
