The Tile Shop Corporate Technology team seeks an experienced Senior Development and Integration Lead who is eager to grow and utilize their strong technical and leadership skills. The successful individual will be responsible for collaboration with functional owners, business analysts and other individuals to design and develop dynamic solutions to meet the needs of the business. This individual will lead/ mentor technical team members in the design, development, and delivery of business process improvement solutions.

• Design, develop, test, implement and support SAP S4 HANA application software.
• Support/Lead technical team with design, develop, test and deployment of solutions in SAP S4 HANA.
• Collaboration with functional owners, business analysts and other individuals to design and develop dynamic solutions to meet the needs of the business
• Conduct technical research with recommendations for action into IT related topics: upgrades, systems, methodologies, software, etc.
• Identifies and solves problems using analysis, experience, and judgment
• Work in compliance with the programming and documentation standards
• Demonstrates accountability to the successful realization of project goals
• Communicate and collaborate with internal/external teams

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or Information Systems or equivalent.
• 7+ years of ABAP design, development, testing and deployment experience
• Strong technical expertise with ABAP development skills preferably in an SAP S4/HANA system
• Development experience with Fiori, CDS Views, User Exits, Enhancements, BAPI and Adobe Forms
• Hands on experience building interfaces utilizing SAP BTP/CPI or SAP PI/PO
• Ability to prioritize, document, organize & follow-up.
• Excellent communication skills and team-working tendencies
• Good team player with an ability to work independently and quickly during fast paced time sensitive environments.

  Preferred Qualifications:

• Ability to translate functional specs into supportable/user friendly code
• Desire to work with and mentor less experienced team members
• Excellent with multi-tasking, balancing priorities and meeting deadlines
• Possess deep knowledge of ABAP Workbench, ALV reporting, Adobe Forms, SMARTFORMS, Web Dynpro, Module Pools and Object-Oriented ABAP
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Basic understanding of business processes in SAP – OTC, SD, MM, FI, CO, and WM
• Extensive use of user exits, CMOD/SMOD, BADI enhancements
• Knowledge of procedure and tools for communication with SAP via OSS.
• Object management using SPDD and SPAU during hot pack and release upgrades
