At our showroom in Shrewsbury, MA you will be expected to:

• Work with established contractors and their clients to create and deliver above expectations for the Tile Shop experience.
• Create and grow relationships with contractors, installers, developers, designers and direct consumers for your own personal business goals and The Tile Shop's Shrewsbury Store
• Contribute and deliver on personal and store goals determined by your manager (Brian).  
• Other duties and reporting as assigned

What you will be expected to bring to The Tile Shop

• Attitude - You are willing to learn while having confidence in your abilities
• Experience in construction, flooring, installation or estimating in the home improvement area
• Enjoy being on a team, knowing when to follow and when to lead
