Job Description
- Develop and implement ecommerce strategy in alignment with overall business priorities
- Manage internal and 3rd party developers to improve website capabilities and performance
- Diagram and document proposed solution designs, integrations, and architectures.
- Oversee or directly manage tileshop.com and other websites
- Project manage major website redesign efforts
- Manage all online technology to drive in-store and website traffic acquisition, sales, conversion and a/b testing and reporting
- Work with the marketing team to improve website performance, customer engagement and acquisition
- Research market to identify and implement new trends and technologies
- Perform website analytics and report performance KPIs in partnership with Marketing
- Manage team financials and vendors to deliver development on-time and budget
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years of combined experience working in Retail/IT background
- Has led small development teams of 2-5 people
- Demonstrated leadership with web operations and development teams (internal and 3rd party)
- Managed website design, development, testing, and debugging activities.
- Strong interpersonal interaction and teamwork with a customer service orientation
- Capability to coordinate and collaborate across IT and Business teams, especially Marketing
- Knowledge of omni-channel and eCommerce Best Practices
- Project management experience creating/working in Agile and hybrid development models
- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a fast moving, problem-solving environment
SKILLS/EXPERTISE:
- Sitecore development management
- SAP and WECO integration experience highly desired
- Jira or similar tool experience
- Website re-platform experience desirable
- Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
- Google Analytics and other web analytic tools
- SEO/PPC knowledge
