Job Description

Strategic Insights – Growth & Digital Presence

  • Utilise formats of tools, trend analysis, and predictive measures to build Strategic Insights for the growth of the business.
  • Work with the Founder and Business Leads to formulate insights to product journeys for potential pitchable options for the business growth function.
  • Deploy guerrilla and out the box techniques for insights conversion though analytics, research and building trends within target industries.
  • Utilise inhouse research and strategic insights to support the demand generation process and be rewarded generously for converted business.
  • Apply intuitive thinking in majority of your workflow to kick off building your own function within the start-up and be a part of the ground floor members of the team.

Product Enablement – Regtech & Continuous Support Solutions

  • Apply research and insights to enable our proprietary Regtech product with new regulations and solutions to prepare for product growth and R&D
  • Utilise guerrilla initiatives to apply presales enablement into our products to win new business with the business growth team.
  • Intrapreneurial activities to perform product growth with our growing product design and development team.

Customer Success Initiation

  • Apply demand generation techniques to support pre sales meeting and grow into leading your own portfolio.
  • Utilise Insights and Product enablement strategies to initiate customer success journeys with our Business leads.

Qualifications

  • University Degrees are welcome but not mandatory, we are looking for out side the box thinkers who can inspire to lead as we grow.
  • Start-up mentality that's prepared to be hands-on and find your grove to be an intrapreneur as we grow.
  • Understand the Professional Services and Innovation Industry
  • Eagerness to build connections and introduce the Brand in the market
  • As a start up we cannot afford a 6-month time-frame for someone to get “onboarded” you must be someone who can hit the ground running.
  • You are comfortable speaking to executives and understand how they operate

  • You are entrepreneurial and understand every individual in a start-up plays an equally important role.
  • Highly organised yet agile in your work
  • A self-starter that can recognise initiatives through intuition
  • Ability to both learn and work with our team of Strategists, Researchers and Solutionists.
  • Understand the neo challenges in todays ever changing business world

We have remuneration reviews every 6 months given our nature of growth, we want our team to be rewarded as much as the business is currently rewarded.
