Are you curious and driven by unlocking the unknown? As a research associate, you will possess exemplary capabilities in applying research methodologies to conduct inhouse research that helps answer many of today’s biggest challenges of leaders and executives for organisations and industries.

Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyse and interpret information using root cause analysis, hypothesis generation, survey design, benchmarking, and other qualitative and quantitative methods utilising tools & techniques.
• Perform research by speaking with leaders, academics, industry experts whilst conducting wide-ranging secondary and meta information analysis
• Finalise and create informative and engaging research reports based on findings and insights generated by the wider team
• Work alongside key stakeholders in a wider team to support research development initiatives.
• Create ongoing polls to support insights & research on an ongoing basis.

• Highly experienced in research, particularly in the corporate space or previous academic background.
• Ability to frame and structure findings and insights whilst writing clearly and concisely.
• Thorough understanding of research methodologies, data and information.
• Advanced degrees advantageous, as a startup the right person will play an immediate impact and have a direct pathway to becoming a lead within the business.

We have remuneration reviews every 6 months given our nature of growth, we want our team to be rewarded as much as the business is currently rewarded.
