Job Description

Strategic Value of Role:

  • The Primary driving force for identifying and winning high-value opportunities into the Commercial Sales pipeline based on insights and market analysis.

  • First-line of relationship development with prospective high-value accounts for our Professional Services & Innovation practice.

 Responsibilities:

  • Generate new revenue opportunities through lead generation and prospecting working with our various partners & targeted accounts

  • Lead the execution of internal sales campaigns to drive campaign goals

  • Attend key industry events to build brand presence within APAC

  • Qualify and set meetings with leads in a targeted pipeline that leads to winning the business.

  • Lead the tender, RFX and proposal response function for our Professional Services & Innovation practice by actively managing each tender or proposal as a project and utilising resources such as our Head of growth, Founder and various Advisors..

  • Develop opportunities and partnerships into new revenue streams alongside our executive teams.

  • Work with our founder to prepare major industry players to prepare for our capital raising rounds over the next year.

  • Understand patterns and trends in the market to build strategic sourcing for our teams and be highly incentivised for targeting strategic key accounts in the market.

  • Work with our internal marketing strategists to collaborate and build our relationships.

  • Perform growth hacking strategies within companies though inter channel mediums such as targeting global brands to service locally, etc

Qualifications

  • Worked in active positions where you have engaged with high-value partners within a Sales and Partnership Environment

  • Start-up mentality that's prepared to be hands-on

  • Understand the Professional Services and Innovation Industry

  • Eagerness to build connections and introduce the Brand in the market

  • As a start up we cannot afford a 6-month time-frame for someone to get “onboarded” you must be someone who can hit the ground running.

  • You are comfortable speaking to C level executives and understand how they operate

Requirements

  • Vastly Experienced in B2B sales, or account relationship experience in tier one companies.

  • You are entrepreneurial and understand every individual in a start-up plays an equally important role.

  • Highly organised yet agile in your work

  • A self-starter that can recognise initiatives through intuition

  • Ability to both learn and work with our team of Strategists, Researchers and Solutionists.

  • Understand the neo challenges in todays ever changing business world

We have remuneration reviews every 6 months given our nature of growth, we want our team to be rewarded as much as the businesses are currently rewarded.

Expected Remuneration: 60 - 80k + Up to 200K OTE Uncapped commission on revenue + Annual Bonus + Stock Options
