As Problem X’s Business Design, Solutions and Architecture Lead, you will be incredibly proficient in tracing tasks and ensuring their compatibility within the company. The ideal person will be able to solve these problems within the processes in a way that best suits the industry and works to solve the organisation’s problems.

Responsibilities:

• Refine and execute a strategic vision best suited to the industry and individual client
• Lead research development initiatives to understand the organisation’s current status in conjunction with industry trends 
• Provide tactical insights to the development team and liaise with product management and development
• Keeping up with the latest industry trends to ensure projects are up to date in industry standards 
• Innovate through coding solutions when required 
• Lead for disruption when required

Requirements

• As a start up we cannot accord a long time-frame for onboarding. The ideal person for this role must be someone who is ready to hit the ground running

• Highly experienced in hands on business design, business architecture, project management and solutions architecture
• Demonstrated professional experience in a business design & architecture role from a corporate environment
• Worked in active positions where you have engaged with high-value partners within a corporate environment
