Job Description

As the Ideation lead, you are a pragmatic and intuitive strategist who brings to life, high level solutions to lead the Go-To-Market team within an engagement. With your leadership and disruptive and unique mindset, the team will operate efficiently and strive to disrupt the industry for the better whilst producing beautiful and modular go to market both internally & externally within an organisation.

Responsibilities:

  • Leading the key engagements needed to facilitate relationships Go-To-Market clients
  • Able to lead the engagement management for our Go-To-Market clients
  • Provide expert input in key development activities
  • Be responsible for directing all analysis engagements needed to obtain the necessary information from client organisation and stakeholders to define their needs
  • Oversee the analysis of data and lead the amalgamation of business strategy and human-centric principles to deliver change management plans 
  • Ideate solutions professionally and formulate high-level decisions needed to sustain project development 
  • Effectively lead a team to deliver Go-To-Market results for our clients and change their organisations for the better
  • Effectively work with our Advisors utilising their time and experience to gain assurance and governance on your teams designed solution 

Requirements:

  • An entrepreneurial mindset that understands the fast-paced nature of a start-up
  • As a start-up we cannot accord a long time-frame for onboarding. The ideal person for this role must be someone who is ready to hit the ground running
  • Must be someone who takes initiative through intuition
  • Ability to both learn and work with our team of strategists, researchers, and solutions
  • Understand the neo challenges in today’s ever-changing business world
  • Self organised and highly agile in your work

Qualifications

  • Highly experienced in project management, particularly in the change management space for corporate organisations.
  • Worked in active positions where you have engaged with high-value partners within a change management environment 
  • Demonstrated experience in leading change based projects
