Job Description

As the Behavioural Design lead, you are an intuitive individual who seeks to analyse experiences and the factors that influence the behaviours of people within the organisation. As part of the Go-To-Market team, you will be relied upon to lead the design development of all human-centric aspects within our projects, combining user-centered elements with technical expertise. 

Responsibilities:

  • Possess a user-centered approach and ability to combine that with technical design skills to deliver valuable change experiences for clients
  • Contribute to the product development life cycle, from ideation to design and delivery
  • Analyse the needs of user and the pain points of an organisation in order to design a change solution that encompasses both 
  • Conduct thorough research to gain insight into the needs of the client’s employees
  • Be able to turn your research into customer journey maps, personas and stories to be effectively used during the design process UX

  • An entrepreneurial mindset that understands the fast-paced nature of a start-up
  • As a start-up we cannot accord a long time-frame for onboarding. The ideal person for this role must be someone who is ready to hit the ground running

Qualifications

  • Highly experienced in behavioural design, particularly in the corporate space
  • Worked in active positions where you have been a part of a team within a change management environment 
  • Ability to design and conduct user-centric testing needed to determine user needs and design requirements 
  • Strong interpersonal and visual design skills
  • Ability to use the following: Adobe Creative Suite 
  • Ability to formulate design based on both user and organisation needs
