The Springs at Whitefish has 78 beautiful homes, including 57 assisted living and 21 memory care apartments for our seniors to spend the best years of their lives, all overseen by the Executive Director, who will report to the Regional Director of Operations.

Job Description

The Springs Living is currently seeking an Executive Director for our continuing care campus in Whitefish, MT.  The Springs at Whitefish is a warm and comfortable setting nestled in the heart of Flathead Valley. Our setting is unique and our commitment to compassionate quality care is truly distinctive.

Executive Directors are responsible for the successful operation of the community consistent with the values and expectations of The Springs Living and the Montana regulatory environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Knowledge of assisted living and memory care regulations
  • Current ALF/RCF Administrator license preferred
  • 3-5 years of experience as a senior living professional
  • Experience managing multiple departments and competing priorities
  • Ability to pass a drug test and criminal background screening
