Job Description

Our ideal candidate is a servant leader, who is passionate about doing the right thing! As the Resident Services Coordinator, you serve as the primary contact for residents and their families, are responsible for monitoring alert charting and communication logs, assuring Health Services employees are properly informed of changes in care, scheduling of appointments with physicians and other health-related appointments for those we serve.

Other responsibilities include oversight of service planning, assistance with employee scheduling, participating in interviews, coaching and supervising caregivers (includes on-call responsibilities and working the floor at times, alongside the care and med team).

Qualifications

  • Senior Housing Experience preferred
  • Basic knowledge of the medical profession/industry
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to pass criminal background and drug test
  • Love for seniors and willingness to learn
  • Proficient PC skills including e-mail, record keeping, routine database activity, word processing, spreadsheet, graphics, etc.
