Job Description

We're seeking a Dining Room Supervisor to lead our Front of House Team at The Springs at Sherwood.

We're looking for someone who can teachmentor and supervise our front of house staff to enhance our dining program - including restaurant, bar, and dining room settings. Works as a team with Food and Beverage Director and Executive Chef. Senior Living is no longer what you expect - seasonal, from scratch, fine dining

This is a Full-Time position

  • Coach and inspire a team of servers, both experience and first-time servers
  • Communicate the clear purpose of excellent restaurant service
  • Implement systems and process to improve the dining room experience for staff and residents
  • Empathize and understand the seniors we serve who have specific needs
  • Support and drive Employee Development and Engagement
  • Demonstrate consistent Performance Management
  • Hire, supervise, and evaluate dining room staff
  • Schedule front of house employees

Qualifications

  1. Proven Leadership experience and successes
  2. Prior food service experience
  3. Flexible Schedule
  4. Must pass background check & drug test
