Are you a current The Springs Living leader with at least two years of experience who is ready to take the next step in your career?  The Springs at Anna Maria is currently looking for an internal candidate to fill the position of Assistant Administrator, while also fulfilling the duties of their current role.  

We are seeking a passionate and talented individual who has a proven ability to lead and serve in accordance with our AIM Values. Our paid Executive Director in Training Program is specially designed to give you the experience and training necessary to lead a Springs community as an Executive Director.  This 12-18 month development program provides the real world experience you'll need to be successfull as an Executive Director.  You'll learn the nuts-and-bolts skills of daily operations while working with an experienced preceptor who is committed to your growth and development.

Highlight of Responsibilities include: Assurance of compliance with all state and federal regulations; Ensuring staff training, recruitment, hiring, coaching and counseling staff.  Ensures resident service needs are met.  All company systems are properly used.  All physical plant operations, employee and residents needs and concerns are met.
