The Springs Living is seeking a Business Office Manager for our brand new Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care community that will be opening late fall 2019 here in beautiful Bozeman Montana. This state of the art, beautifully designed community will include 175 wonderful homes and include a variety of amenities including restaurant-style dining, pub, pool, spa, and much more.

The Springs at Bozeman is hiring for the position of Business Office Manager. 

The Business Office Manager is a jack-of-all trades, directly managing Accounts Receivables and Billing, indirectly overseeing the Accounts Payable process and serving as the location’s Human Resource generalist. If you possess the below traits, we are interested in meeting you.

  • Accurate and focused on results
  • Strong systems and computer skills
  • Great time management and organization
  • Vision and creativity to solving problems
  • Patience and willingness to help seniors
  • Experience with Yardi is a plus


Required Position Skills (please do not apply if you do not possess all of these items):

  • Minimum two years experience with Accounts Receivable and/or Accounts Payable ownership
  • Intermediate to expert level MS Office and other computer skill-sets
  • Clear experience of successful multi-tasking and deadline management
  • Proven track record of HR generalist experience – management of leave of absence, workers compensation, new employee orientation, hiring practices, performance counseling, etc.
  • Successful history of face-to-face customer service
