Job Description

As Spa Therapies Team Leader you will create a place where people want to be. To deliver exceptional and inspired spa therapies, with firm Ayurvedic roots and many a Cornish twist, across our site, through supportive & inspirational leadership, team growth, and support a clear, consistent and adaptable operating plan that values individuals.

 

Key responsibilities include:      

  • Ensure our team and guests are nurtured through your presence and support.
  • Coordinate our agile team with clarity so our people appreciate the value of every interaction and the part they play in our wider plan & goals
  • Work with our leaders & managers across our business so it flourishes and all our people can contribute & celebrate this success. Collaborate to drive creativity and innovation whilst developing and retaining our therapist team.
  • Ensure that product knowledge training is delivered to our team to increase retail sales. 

Qualifications

  • 2 years spa/therapies management/supervisory experience
  • Qualified spa therapist/ hands on experience
  • Experienced with Ayurveda (desirable) or holistic therapies
  • Demonstrable experience of therapies team management to promote team wellbeing alongside maximising productivity
  • Sound oral and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated literacy, numeracy, and attention to detail, including stock control
  • Proven ability to direct a team
  • Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement

o £27,040 per annum

o Full time permanent contract
