Our reception team welcome guest interaction and see it as an opportunity to shine and deliver exceptional customer service. With guest satisfaction at the forefront of what we do, you will ensure our guests receive a warm welcome and the highest customer service as soon as they step foot through our doors. • Ability to build rapport with guests
• Able to demonstrate an understanding and purpose of standards and the role they play
• Has the ability to organise, plan and prioritise
• Previous experience in a similar role

We are looking for an adaptable, friendly person who has a thorough understanding of a reception, can build genuine relationships as well as deliver exceptional hospitality with an impressive eye for detail.

• £9.50 per hour.
• Permanent contract up to 40 hours per week, including days, evenings and weekends
