Job Description

We are looking for an agile, motivated self-starter to join our wonderful Super Host team. 

Knowing where to be at the right moment in the business to provide dynamic support to all operations, our Super Hosts are a visible presence and have the desire to exceed expectations when delivering services to our guests. From warmly greeting our guests at Reception, to waiting tables in our Restaurants, to arranging treatments in our Spas, this is a varied and intricate role where attention to detail is of great importance and where no two days are the same.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, versatile person with the ability to self-manage their own time and workload throughout the day who can jump right into where they need to be with great confidence. 

Key Responsibilities include;

  • Supporting all operational departments throughout the hotels
  • Creating a nurturing environment where people want to be
  • Being a visible and proactive presence around the business
  • Delivering a genuine and caring service for our guests to enhance the experience of their stay
  • Knowing where to be when the hotels are busy
  • Working to achieve a high standard of service in each area of the hotels
  • Interacting with guests regularly, from welcoming them at our doors to supporting them throughout their stay

Qualifications

  • At least two years’ experience in guest facing/customer service
  • Experience in at least two areas of hotel operations
  • Sound oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent literacy, numeracy and IT skills
  • Proven organisational skills
  • The ability to take responsibility
  • The ability to self-direct workload and time management
