The Scarlet is looking for dedicated, passionate chefs as we reposition the food offer across the hotel.

The kitchen is led by Head Chef, Craig Davies who brings with him a wealth of experience from some of the finest hotels and restaurants in the country.

You will work with the finest suppliers in the county and have the opportunity to work with the very best produce delivered by our valued farmers, gardeners and fisherman.

Qualifications

You will have experience in a professional kitchen working with quality produce. We are looking for chefs with 2 rosette level, or equivalent, background that can demonstrate understanding, knowledge and willingness to continue learning modern and classic cooking techniques.
