Job Description

The Opportunity

This is a great opportunity for those looking to take their first step into recruitment. We are running an entry-level program to help inexperienced individuals develop their skillset to become 360 recruiters. We have opportunities across all our brands on both permanent and interim desks.

We have an excellent training programme specifically targeted at those kickstarting their career in recruitment. It combines structured live training along with on desk 1:1 coaching to allow you to put into practice what you’re learning as you progress through the programme.

In addition, you will have extensive support from your manager, colleagues and peers to ensure you have all the tools for success. We encourage a learner led environment to allow you to develop at a pace that suits you, while clearly demonstrating how you can progress into a recruitment consultant and beyond!

The Role

  • Building relationship with potential candidates.
  • Registering new candidates ensuring all critical data is collected including location, salary etc. and continuously monitoring candidates to make sure this data is up to date and accurate.
  • Developing a strong understanding of the market, helping to provide expert advice to candidates and clients where necessary.
  • Interviewing candidates, meeting clients and organising candidate interviews.
  • Generating new candidates using typical sourcing methods including our database, LinkedIn, job adverts and referrals.
  • Monitoring all job boards for potential lead generation and carrying out strategic business development in due course.
