Job Description

The Opportunity:

We are seeking an Associate/Recruitment Consultant to support our professional services clients to recruit tax talent for the Top 6 accountancy firms and law firms. We have a proven track record of delivering within this area already so you will gain access to our existing network of Tax Partners and HR/TA contacts. You will benefit from several warm client relationships with the opportunity to build upon this and make a name for yourself. Delivery will be key as we are looking to hire someone who is an expert in matching candidate profiles to client mandates and managing the full recruitment process.

The Role:

  • Leveraging existing relationships within the Top 6 accountancy firms and law firms to build out tax recruitment offering.
  • Establishing a candidate database of suitable candidates to be able to deliver top talent to clients.
  • Attending client meetings and networking events.
  • Sourcing new candidates through advertising, networking, research, and headhunting.
  • Candidate management – arranging interviews, managing offers/resignation etc.
  • Thought leadership to build brand within this specialist market including sharing market intel, writing articles etc on a regular basis with support from our dedicated marketing team.

Qualifications

About You:

  • A proven track record of tax specialists within professional services firms would be ideal however individuals with a desire to work within this area and some relevant experience to leverage would also be considered.
  • A “go getter” – someone who is prepared to take ownership for their business development and help develop the client base, leveraging off the existing tax one we have.
  • A passion for delivering and providing high levels of service to clients
