We are looking to add a Senior Consultant or Associate Director  to work on our Senior International Team. On this desk you will build out our offering to non-Dutch clients with a regional or global office in the Netherlands. Working with very senior talent in the HR space the majority of your work will be on a retained basis.

• Take ownership of the market within the BeNeLux
• Build and maintain relationships with existing corporate clients
• Identify untapped business opportunities in the market and build out identified areas
• Be an expert and intimately know the HR sector
• Provide expert and consultative advice to your candidates and clients
• Use available tools such as our CRM and various licenses to source and build a pipeline of candidates
