We are looking for Recruitment Consultants at varying levels to work in either Melbourne or Sydney for our brands Frazer Jones (HR) Carter Murray (Marketing) & Taylor Root (Legal)!
Job Description
As a Recruitment Consultant you will work a full 360 role with a focus on consistent billings while identifying new business development and cross selling opportunities across brands. They will support with the on-desk training of more junior consultants into the team while building internal visibility across the Group.
Key responsibilities
Proactively builds on sector/market expertise and finds opportunities to share knowledge across the team
Proactively seeks out new and existing client development opportunities
Leverages existing client relationships to create new opportunities for other teams and divisions
Utilizes networks and different methods for candidate generation
Identifies and initiates cross selling opportunities across desks and brands
Delivers on and supports other fee earners in pitches and business development activities generally to new clients
Confidently sells the benefits of working with SRG and offers suitable client solutions
Confidently communicates The SR Group Terms of Business and negotiates favourable terms
Helps train junior members of the team through ‘on the desk’ job supervision
Exemplifies SRG values day to day; Agile, Collaborative, Expert, Authentic
Qualifications
- 1+ years experience in recruitment in any sector
- A proven track record on being able to use diverse and creative methods in sourcing candidates
- Able to demonstrate your ability to thoroughly learn a market and be an expert in your field
- Excellent communication skills with proven networking ability and consultative approach with your clients and candidates
