Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing business and feel a part of the company's evolution. We are currently looking for a Senior Credit Controller who is self-sufficient & driven to meet deadlines as a team. You will be reporting into the Global Credit Manager with a wealth of experience and lots of experts around you to help continue your professional & personal development.
We have a fantastic hybrid working model - you only need to be in our brand new London office 2 days a week!
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the current credit control process in place is maintained to highest standard.
- Take control of the debt ledger and maximise cash collections where possible
- Full responsibility to review, action and manage your weekly report
- To ensure all assigned accounts have been handled during the course of each month
- Work closely with other members of the Credit Control team
- Working closely with the billing and cash allocation team
- Build strong internal relationships with key stake holders and consultants
- Work closely with the Global Credit Manager
- Maintain a high standard of communication internally as well as externally
- Facilitate and escalate any issue that may occur
Qualifications
- At least 2-3 years’ experience and proven track record working in credit control, with an extensive experience gained in an international organisation
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong communicator, who can demonstrate excellent communication skills both written and verbal, which are essential to this role.
- The ability to be persistent, tenacious self-confident whilst still maintaining a professional approach
- To be able to work solely for frequent periods of time
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
- Intermediate knowledge of excel
