Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing business and feel a part of the company's evolution. We are currently looking for a Senior Credit Controller who is self-sufficient & driven to meet deadlines as a team. You will be reporting into the Global Credit Manager with a wealth of experience and lots of experts around you to help continue your professional & personal development.

We have a fantastic hybrid working model - you only need to be in our brand new London office 2 days a week!

 

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the current credit control process in place is maintained to highest standard.
  • Take control of the debt ledger and maximise cash collections where possible
  • Full responsibility to review, action and manage your weekly report
  • To ensure all assigned accounts have been handled during the course of each month
  • Work closely with other members of the Credit Control team
  • Working closely with the billing and cash allocation team
  • Build strong internal relationships with key stake holders and consultants
  • Work closely with the Global Credit Manager
  • Maintain a high standard of communication internally as well as externally
  • Facilitate and escalate any issue that may occur

Qualifications

 

  •  At least 2-3 years’ experience and proven track record working in credit control, with an extensive experience gained in an international organisation
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong communicator, who can demonstrate excellent communication skills both written and verbal, which are essential to this role.
  • The ability to be persistent, tenacious self-confident whilst still maintaining a professional approach
  • To be able to work solely for frequent periods of time
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
  • Intermediate knowledge of excel
