Job Description

The opportunity

You will focus on HR permanent placements with salaries $100K and above. This is a fast-paced and growing market for us where we currently have a large volume of work. Examples of positions we support our clients in hiring include HR Advisor, Director of D&I, Senior HR Business Partner, Talent Acquisition Partner, Benefits Total Rewards Manager, HR Systems Manager, Compensation Manager, L&D Lead, Director of People & Culture and others. Many of these searches are based in the tri-state market but we do work nationally and internationally. We work with a very diverse portfolio of clients from Fin Tech Start-ups to International Banks, Law Firms, Venture Capital Firms, Private Equity Firms and everything in between. You will focus on client management, delivery & recruitment and business development; and you’ll work closely with our team of experienced Recruiters.

The above salary range serves as a guide and the salary offered within that range to the candidate selected will be based on experience, qualifications, and location.
