• Independence – Load a company provided van and spend the rest of your shift safely operating a delivery vehicle to transport goods to designated locations.

Non CDL Delivery Driver Responsibilities:

As a delivery driver with The Road Runners LLC, you will start and end your day at our warehouse location at 3951 Trade Drive SE, Grand Rapids, MI 49508. Your day-to-day will include:

• Report to the warehouse each morning for loadout and route assignment

• Load and your provided delivery vehicle with packages at the warehouse before heading out on route

• Follow a GPS-navigated delivery route safely and efficiently complete all deliveries in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring customers receive their packages on time

• Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle throughout your shift

• Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies while on delivery route

• Return to the warehouse at the end of your shift to complete closeout procedures

Non CDL Delivery Driver Requirements:

We welcome applicants with no prior delivery experience, this is a delivery driver, no CDL required position. Here's what you'll need:

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to lift and move packages up to 50 lbs up/down multiple flights of stairs throughout the day.
• Ability to enter and exit a delivery vehicle approximately 200 times per shift.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a driver team.
• Selected candidates will be required to successfully complete a background check in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations
