We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a fast growing, dynamic law firm based in Worthing who are looking to add to their team of Customer Consultants. There are a number of positions available - the company offer genuine career prospects and this has led to a number of internal promotions and departmental reorganisations. The company specialises in litigation and are the market leaders in the credit management field, particularly the servicing of purchased debt. Your role will be to speak to customers, understand their individual situation, go through their income and expenditure and tailor a repayment plan to suit their needs. This role would suit someone who has a fair and ethical approach and who would like to help people on their road to financial recovery and make a real difference to the customers you interact with. This is a 100% telephone based role, inbound and outbound, working in a busy, exciting call centre environment where you will be fully supported by a team of colleagues.

You will need to be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills and a professional customer focused attitude and your experience can come from any industry e.g. retail.

The starting salary for this role is £19,200 increasing to £20,200 on passing probation plus you will have the opportunity to earn a bonus up to 35% of this salary should you achieve your quality, customer and commercial targets.

The hours for this role are 40 hours per week and will work on a rotating shift pattern of one week on morning shifts and one week of afternoon shifts between the hours of 8am - 8pm. One in three Saturdays, 9am - 1pm.
