The purpose of this role is to ensure the Solicitors that have been instructed to work on behalf of the company are meeting the required regulatory, financial and operational performance targets as well as analysing their performance and adherence to service level agreements. The successful candidate will need to drive collection targets and focus on the Solicitor's quality and adherence to processes. This will be achieved through regular review meetings with Solicitors either on- or off-site, so some travel is required

We are looking for an individual with very strong experience in client relationships who possesses strong liaising skills to be able to drive KPI management performance. B2B experience and performance management, including face-to-face relationship experiences with clients, is required. The ideal candidate will have a high level of literacy and numeracy, with a good knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge of financial services is desirable.
