Our client is one of the largest credit management service providers in Europe and the market leader in the UK and Ireland. The role of the Client Support Administrator is to look after a specific client which could be a bank or similar third party and liaise between the client and other internal departments to provide or request any information that may be needed.
You will be responsible for processing data feeds and reports ensuring all information is correct and complete as well as analysing and reconciling account data regularly.
You will need good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, i.e Word, Excel and some administrative experience. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and have excellent communication skills with the ability to use their own initiative. You will ensure high levels of accuracy at all times and be a team player with excellent customer service skills.
The starting salary for this position is £17,500 rising to £21,500 through evidencing progression subject to achieving competency and skills assessment criteria. After successful completion of your probationary period your salary will increase to £18,500. Salary reviews are held 6 monthly in June and November.
You will also have the opportunity to earn variable pay which can be up to 14% annually of your salary which is paid quarterly, based on achieving your monthly KPIs and targets.
