This is an exciting opportunity for an entrepreneurial-minded staffing sales pro who wants to be part of a new sales function. Our clients love us - we’ve been around for almost ten years and are great at what we do – but we need to put in place a sales team to get the word out so that we can bring in more delighted clients.

 

As salesperson #1 in our organization, you will have unlimited upside potential.  You will be responsible for new business development, and over time, if you have the desire and the aptitude, you’ll also have the opportunity to help build and manage a sales team.

 

 

ABOUT YOU:

 

You are a staffing sales pro…a hunter… a rare breed who enjoys and excels at cold-calling and prospecting.  Leads?  Sure, you run with them when you have them, but you are known for your ability to generate your own leads.  In the process, you leave no stone unturned, paying attention to every clue and detail as you sleuth your way into new accounts.

 

In contrast to many recruiters who try to avoid Human Resources, you love to call directly into HR, as they are your target prospects, and you have a strong, successful track record of gaining and nurturing those relationships. 


You will receive a base salary, plus a generous, uncapped commission plan, and plenty of time to decompress with PTO and paid holidays. 



YOUR BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE:

  • 3 to 5 years of Sales experience in staffing as a “hunter”  
  • Expert level prospecting and lead generation skills and experience
  • Exceptional relationship management skills
  • Self-driven, ability to self-manage and work with minimal supervision
