Key Responsibilities

Preserve the Essence of the Club: Maintain the character and integrity of a venue built on long‑standing relationships, trust and consistency.

Lead with Influence and Visibility: Inspire and direct an elite team across gaming, VIP services and support functions.

Drive Strategic Growth: Shape the club’s commercial direction with clarity and a nuanced understanding of the high-end gaming landscape.

Champion a World‑Class Guest Experience: Ensure every touchpoint reflects excellence.

What You Bring

• Significant senior leadership experience at this level within a high‑end gaming or luxury hospitality environment
• Deep understanding of high‑value clientele and relationship‑led service delivery
• Commercial and strategic clarity, balanced with emotional intelligence and discretion
• A composed, charismatic leadership style that elevates and inspires those around you
• Impeccable standards and unwavering commitment to exceptional service
• A valid PML issued by the UK Gambling Commission
