Job Description
As a key member of our offshore IT Support team based in Mauritius, you will deliver high-quality technical support for our data centres and remote sites, ensuring uninterrupted business operations.
- Provide full lifecycle management of hosting infrastructure — from implementation and ongoing support through to decommissioning
- Handle incidents, problems, and service requests via the central Service Desk
- Perform scheduled maintenance and proactive monitoring to maintain system health and performance
- Collaborate closely with global technical teams to resolve complex issues
- Troubleshoot and fix software configuration problems across the environment
- Ensure software licensing and security compliance in line with ITIL best practices
- Manage operating systems, virtualization platforms, and full server lifecycle support
- Deliver operational support for the Microsoft 365 messaging ecosystem (Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online)
- Maximise availability, performance, and security of the Microsoft 365 / O365 environment
- Administer and support core infrastructure services including:
- Active Directory
- DNS & DHCP
- Group Policy
- Azure AD / Entra ID
- Certificate Authority & PKI infrastructure
- Troubleshoot, repair, and escalate hardware/software incidents efficiently
- Produce regular server systems reporting and performance insights
- Maintain accurate IT inventory and asset records
- Drive continuous service improvement aligned with industry standards and best practices
Qualifications
- Strong Background in Windows Servers
- Highly Skilled in virtualization (VMware or Hyper-V, 3 years' experience)
- Exchange Expert: both online and server versions
- Active Directory ace: Manage DHCP, DNS, and Group Policy with ease
- Security champion: PKI and CA infrastructure are your playground
- ITIL insider: Best practices are your second language
- Command line: PowerShell is your trusty tool
Bonus points:
- Experience with Azure AD, SANs/NAS, and virtual storage
