Job Description
- Collaborate with creative team members and brand managers to concept, develop and execute visually strong, compelling creative across social, digital and print from concept through to final production
- Develop outstanding graphics including but not limited to website promotions, social media images, video animation using Adobe software
- Retouch photography and create mock-ups to help articulate creative concepts
- Develop presentation materials for projects and internal presentations
- Present creative concepts clearly and confidently in front of internal stakeholders
- Deliver high quality design to stand out on the online gaming market
- Participate in team brainstorming and other ideation sessions
- Attend weekly design meetings and one-to-one catch ups
- Develop an excellent relationship with the creative collaborators and stakeholders or reporters
- Take ownership of a Design Ticket until fulfilment
- Accountable for the organisation and assignment of daily design tasks
- Solve any design problems independently or in group
- Apply typographic techniques (hierarchy, leading, tracking, kerning) and design principles (layout, colour combination, unity and harmony)
- Design any additional graphics that may be requested internally
- Develop strong and new identities for any established brand
- Produce a brand style guide for existing or new brands
Qualifications
Professional Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
(Optional) Certifications in design software or specialized skills (e.g., Adobe Certified Expert, UX/UI certifications).
Work Experience
5+ years in design roles across in-house teams, agencies, or freelance.
Proven experience delivering branding, digital, and/or print projects.
Core Skills
Design Software Proficiency
Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Blender).
Optional: Figma, Sketch, Canva, CorelDRAW.
Design Principles
Strong grasp of typography, color theory, layout, visual hierarchy, and composition.
Understanding of branding and visual storytelling.
Digital & Print Design
Design for web and mobile interfaces, social media, email campaigns.
Print collateral like brochures, packaging, posters, business cards.
UX/UI Awareness
Knowledge of user-centered design.
Experience collaborating with developers or using wireframing tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD).
Motion & Multimedia (optional but valuable)
Basic animation/video editing (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro).

Experience working with clients, marketing teams, or cross-functional departments.

A polished portfolio showcasing:
A variety of work (digital, print, branding, UI).
Before-and-after redesigns, concept development, and final execution.
Context and rationale behind design choices.
Bonus Skills
Basic HTML/CSS knowledge.
Experience in marketing or product design.
Art direction or mentoring experience.

Understanding of Brand Identity: Knowledge of how to maintain and develop cohesive brand guidelines and apply them to all design projects.
