As a Receptionist, your role is pivotal in setting the tone for our guests' experience from the moment they step through our doors. Your welcoming smile, enthusiastic greeting, and genuine care are the first impression our customers have of our business, making you an essential part of our team.  

With your passion for people and excellent social skills shining through, you will not just welcome our guests but entertain them, ensuring their visit starts on a high note. Your role goes beyond typical reception duties; you’ll create a memorable, engaging atmosphere that exceeds our guests' expectations. You’ll focus on making each interaction enjoyable and meaningful, ensuring our guests feel valued and well taken care of. 

To be successful in this role you’ll need a positive, can-do attitude with a real passion for entertaining customers and delivering an exceptionally high service as well as experience of working successfully in a hospitality role 

This is a 32hr per week contract, and it will include night shifts & weekends.
