Job Description

The CRM Delivery Executive leads our marketing communications strategy, crafting engaging emails, SMS, and push notifications to captivate players. With creativity and customer insights, they drive campaigns, promotions, and regular updates to enhance acquisition, retention, and reactivation efforts.

Main Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

  • Execute multi-channel campaigns flawlessly to achieve targets and ensure timely deployment, even on weekends and holidays.
  • Support the development of a tactical communications strategy.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to coordinate timely and consistent communication with players.
  • Ensure messages adhere to company and regulatory guidelines.
  • Continuously learn and implement new tools and technologies to enhance communication delivery.
  • Work with Commercial and Design teams to ensure accurate messaging and strong designs.
  • Provide promotional emails' open, clickthrough and effective rates in a properly designed report.
  • Build expertise in Marketing Tools i.e. Optimove, Silverpop, and Mobivate.
  • Apply stringent QA processes to campaigns before deployment.
  • Proofread mailing contents for clarity, grammar, and spelling.
  • Conduct A/B Testing on ad hoc email campaigns to optimize communication offers.
  • Ensure scheduled campaigns comply with GDPR and corporate policies.

Qualifications

  • Stakeholder management with strong interpersonal and communication skills. 
  • Experience in HTML and in using an ESP i.e. Silverpop or Adobe Campaign is an advantage.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and re-prioritise when needed.
  • Familiarity with mailer design and content management systems.
  • Good analytical and project management skills.
  • Knowledge of a wide range of marketing/communications techniques and concepts.
  • Desire to take full ownership of assigned projects.
  • A proactive approach to resolving problems and issues.
