Our business is evolving and we’re looking for people who are up for the challenge of taking our Bingo Clubs on a journey to the future.
We are looking for experienced General Managers to join us in various roles across the country, helping to bring our Venues along on our transformation journey.
As a Bingo business, we have operated in an environment where the key skills needed were revenue extraction and cost control. So, what’s changed? Mecca Bingo is part of The Rank Group and as a business, we’re going through a 3-year Transformation Programme, meaning that we need to look at how we maximise revenue generation in every business area. We’re moving into a period of rapid change and huge investment.
You don’t need to have a background in Bingo; all we ask is that you have experience of working in a hospitality, leisure or entertainment business, where you have worked across multiple revenue streams. We’re looking for someone with a growth mindset, a focus on expanding the local customer-base, a passion for people that releases the energy and values of our team and a passion for our business that inspires those around them.
You will be responsible for shaping and influencing the business to drive its success whilst acquiring and retaining customers and delivering a memorable experience in a safe and responsible way.
Maybe you’ve worked in pubs, had your own entertainment venue or spent long weekends working in retail… if so then you probably have the resilience and passion for customer experience that we’re looking for.
